Return / Exchange Policy:
Our desire is to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers in their totality. Therefore, we offer free returns on orders within 3 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused, without having removed the labels or sanitary with the coating intact.
At the moment No refunds / exchanges are being accepted internationally. But, we offer free shipping for all international orders above $ 120. We promise to ship your order within the next business day, however it may take 7 to 30 days to arrive the package. We have priority shipments available at an additional cost
we have the option of having our customers exchange unused items with intact and undamaged labels and with health labels intact within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must still have labels affixed to the garment. The customer will be responsible for the initial shipping costs. When sending your order, attach the invoice with the items that are exchanged. Once we receive the item, a person from our team will inspect the products to ensure they return items that have never been used. Once we verify that the merchandise is unused and in good condition, we ship your selected items within two business days, at no additional cost (only national orders).
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects it will replace without any additional charge.
If we receive merchandise that is worn or damaged, we will not be able to exchange it for any other item. We will resend it once customer covers shipping charges.
If the merchandise does not have labels for clothing, your account will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
